Dear Academic Staff and Students,

Due to critical security vulnerabilities affecting the PHP infrastructure worldwide, publicly disclosed on October 21, 2026, technical efforts are underway to ensure the security of our university’s digital learning infrastructure and minimize potential cybersecurity risks.

In this context, until the technical work is completed, direct access to the Moodle system will be available through the university’s internal network. Academic staff and students who wish to access Moodle from outside the university network must first connect to the university network via a VPN (Virtual Private Network).

Detailed instructions on establishing a VPN connection and accessing the system are available on the Information Technology Department’s VPN Installation page.

This measure is temporary and has been implemented to protect the digital learning infrastructure and ensure the secure continuation of services. Further information regarding access arrangements will be provided once the technical work has been completed.

We kindly ask all academic staff and students to comply with these access requirements. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
